Sales Manager

Area Manager
with a proven track record in B2B sales with experience in parking industry. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving growth by enrolling more properties and garages onto the Parkroll platform.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and onboard new property owners, real estate groups, and garage operators in key urban markets. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, prospecting, and strategic outreach. Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment goals. Negotiate contracts and close partnerships with property and parking facility owners. Educate clients on the value proposition of ParkRoll, tailoring solutions to their specific business needs. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction. Track performance metrics, provide regular sales forecasts, and report market insights to leadership. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management Must save experience in parking industry Strong understanding of property ownership dynamics, property management, or parking operations. Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals with decision-makers. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable working remotely and independently. Willingness to travel to target markets as needed.
