AgCountry Farm Credit Services (AgCountry), Farm Credit Services of America (FCSAmerica), and Frontier Farm Credit are financial cooperatives that operate under shared management across eight states. Responsibilities Data Entry: Key in prequalification applications and maintain accurate records; create and update customer records, prequalification applications, and leads and opportunities. Scan/Index: Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval. Document Preparation: Review documents to ensure complete application documentation is received. Office Coverage Support: Provide office coverage and support as needed. Assist with reporting and special projects.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous mortgage or banking industry experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.
