CWYS Program Assistant: In-Person

Hearts for Homeless is recruiting volunteers to assist with setup and teardown for an emotional and social support workshop. The workshop takes place every second and fourth Sunday of the month at two shelters in the Bay Area, San Francisco and is held in a hybrid format. Responsiblities include engaging with workshop attendees, assisting in setting up cameras and mics for zoom connection, and other tasks as needed. About Hearts for Homeless: Hearts for Homeless supports and empowers people experiencing homelessness to achieve stable housing by facilitating social reintegration and providing the resources, knowledge, and emotional support needed to navigate their journey home. Connect With Your Soul : We believe that homelessness is not just a housing issue but a social issue that requires a holistic approach. As part of our Emotional and Social Support program, Hearts for Homeless offers a workshop called

Connect With Your Soul (CWYS) . This workshop promotes emotional and social well-being and serves as a safe, welcoming community space. The CWYS workshops are held in a hybrid format every second and fourth Sunday of the month, with the option to attend in person at local shelters or online via Zoom. The CWYS program also provides ongoing encouragement by celebrating dedicated, registered participants with gift cards upon reaching established well-being milestones. Interested in volunteering?
