Position Summary
Sigma, Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Hybrid Administrative Assistant
to support the MassDOT Engagement Team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced government setting, providing critical administrative and program coordination support for high-impact initiatives focused on mentorship, employee recognition, performance management, and alumni relations.
This role provides a mix of onsite work at
10 Park Plaza, Boston, MA , and remote work, offering flexibility while supporting program success.

Key Responsibilities Provide
administrative and logistical support
for engagement programs including mentorship, employee recognition, performance management, and alumni initiatives. Maintain accurate records of program participation, track data, and generate
regular progress reports . Analyze program data to evaluate effectiveness and suggest opportunities for improvement. Create polished
PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and professional communications
to support program objectives. Assist in
event coordination
for virtual and in-person events (recognition ceremonies, workshops, alumni gatherings). Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on engagement program initiatives. Recommend and implement
process improvements
for administrative and reporting functions. Requirements
2+ years of experience in administrative support, program coordination, or project support roles. Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(including data tracking, formulas, and charts) and
PowerPoint
(slide formatting and data visualization). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently. Demonstrated analytical skills, especially in
data analysis and reporting . Self-motivated team player with a strong attention to detail.
