Executive Assistant
to support their executive leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic organization that values precision, innovation, and operational excellence. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for senior leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly professional, with the ability to manage complex calendars, communications, and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Organize and prepare materials for meetings and presentations
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Track project deadlines and assist with project coordination
Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders
Maintain filing systems, databases, and office procedures
Support cross-functional teams and contribute to special projects as needed
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
