The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced

Business Development Manager

to spearhead our expansion into new markets and drive revenue growth. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape our go-to-market strategy, build strategic partnerships, and connect with decision-makers at leading real estate investment firms who are hungry for innovative solutions.

As part of our dynamic, remote-first team, you'll work directly with our leadership team and have the autonomy to make meaningful strategic decisions that directly impact our trajectory. This isn't just a sales role - you're building the foundation for how CREx will scale to become the industry standard.

What You'll Do

Strategic Growth & Pipeline Development Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with CREx's vision and market opportunities Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using data-driven approaches and CRM best practices Identify and engage high-value prospects across institutional real estate investment management firms Implement AI-powered tools and automation to optimize lead generation and nurturing processes Develop and publish case studies to showcase client success stories Market Expansion & Brand Building

Identify strategic conference opportunities and industry events to elevate CREx's brand presence Develop thought leadership content and speaking opportunities to position CREx as an industry innovator Create and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, analysts, and media contacts Partnership & Channel Development

Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with complementary technology providers and service firms Negotiate and manage partnership agreements that create mutual value and expand market reach Develop co-marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market strategies with partners Revenue Generation & Client Success

Own the complete sales cycle from initial prospect identification through contract closure Collaborate with our advisory and solutions teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals Maintain ongoing relationships with key accounts to drive expansion opportunities What You Bring

Experience &

Expertise

4-5 years of proven business development experience

with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets 2 years of specialized experience

in commercial real estate technology, real estate investment management, or data-oriented SaaS/services preferred Go-to-market strategy

expertise including sales pipeline design, market segmentation, and competitive positioning CRM technology mastery

with demonstrated ability to implement and optimize sales processes; experience with HubSpot CRM strongly preferred. Technical & Strategic Skills

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and sales metrics Knowledge of real estate investment management workflows, challenges, and technology landscape Understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and stakeholder dynamics Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions for pipeline development and lead management Leadership & Communication
