About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategies with a focus on launching and scaling client referral programs, driving co-selling initiatives, and securing strategic partnership agreements. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to help enterprise-level customers engage with their own customers in a more meaningful way, resulting in significant conversion rate uplifts. The Head of Strategic Partnerships will work closely with digital agencies, SaaS providers, and external collaborators to ensure that the partnership efforts align with customer acquisition and retention goals. Applicants for the Head of Strategic Partnerships position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in strategic partnerships, channel development, or referral programs, preferably in the B2B SaaS or martech space. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in building and scaling partnership programs, a strong understanding of the D2C and eCommerce agency landscape, and excellent commercial instincts. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of influencing both internal and external stakeholders, and will be expected to lead the onboarding, enablement, and performance management of new partners. This is a high-impact, autonomous role within a results-driven, remote-first team, and the Head of Strategic Partnerships will be expected to represent the company at key industry events and communities.
