Position Summary: Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JF&CS) is home to Schechter Holocaust Services (SHS), Greater Boston’s only program providing Holocaust survivors – the majority of whom are Russian-speaking – with vital services such as home care, food and medicine. These and other services seek to ensure that victims of Nazi persecution can age with dignity while maintaining meaningful connections with one another and with the Jewish community. JF&CS is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our passionate team. Working in partnership with the Program Director and the Fiscal Operations Manger, the person in this position will perform key administrative and fiscal duties to ensure compliance with Claims Conference regulations and procedures. This position reports to the SHS Program Director. Essential Job Functions: Manage distribution of Caring Cards and Birthday Cards, sent monthly to SHS clients Review incoming homecare invoices for accuracy and compliance with Claims Conference rules Submit homecare invoices for payment Input data into Claims Conference software Assist with audit preparation, as necessary. Collaborate with all members of the SHS team and other JF&CS program staff Take on additional duties and projects as assigned, embracing a dynamic and fulfilling work environment

Experience Requirements: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, outlook, power point) and Quickbooks Outstanding organizational skills and detail orientation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting data Self-initiated as well as able to work effectively as part of a team Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
