LHH is supporting our client of many years as they grow their company and accounting department. This role is fully remote !

Global Controller $165-185K base salary plus 15% bonus Comprehensive healthcare with multiple options

401K with match of $3000

8+ weeks of combined PTO and Holidays

Location:

Job must be performed in the United States, in any continental timezone Hours/Schedule : Can vary based on global meetings. Expect 45-50 hours fairly routinely Team Description : Manages team of 10 (4 direct)

This job:

Responsibility for all Accounting for this PE-backed company

Responsible for monthly close and financial reporting, internal and external

Lead and oversee the team producing all monthly and quarterly deliverables

Provide Technical Accounting guidance company-wide; Guidance of Revenue Reporting and accounting policy

Develop the team, both through department growth an individual growth of each team member

We are looking for:

BS in Accounting and CPA

10+ years of experience which includes 5+ years in a Top-10 Accounting firm and some experience in a global company

Experience managing international accounting functions

Strong leader with the ability to drive deliverables and quality of accounting/reporting, invests in developing the strength of the team long term.

Growth mindset in terms of driving toward the long-term goals as well as accountability for today.

Collaborative with PE firm as well as across the company

This role must be performed within the United States. Eligible candidates must have the ongoing and unencumbered right to work in the United States, without needs for further sponsorship.

Pay Details:

$165,000.00 to $185,000.00 per year
