Job Description
The Administrative Assistant / Coordinator will be responsible for:
Responsible for the preparation, distribution, review, and final processing of contracts, ensuring compliance with all contracting policies Requires communication skills, proactive attitude, proficiency with technology, and the ability to learn new technologies Answer and direct phone calls Great visitors at first point of contact Expedite paperwork Efficiency in MS Office MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The successful Administrative Assistant / Coordinator will have:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in construction as an Administrative Assistant, Coordinator or similar role Proficiency in MS Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work What's on Offer
The Administrative Assistant / Coordinator will receive:
Base salary up to $70K 3 weeks PTO + 14 holidays BCBS health care 401k with company match Pet insurance
