Our client is a family-run construction company specializing in excavation and building foundations for large-scale projects including bridges, tunnels, and iconic commercial sites.

Job Description

Answer phones, open/distribute mail/packages, and scan items to the appropriate recipients Manage incoming accounts payable mail Order lunch daily for the office (admin receives a paid lunch as well) Ensure construction workers' health and safety licenses are current and on file Maintain office supplies, restock food, and keep counters organized Fill water coolers and maintain office equipment (printer/plotter) Handle high-volume printing, including large-scale CAD drawings (up to 48 inches) Transport and set up printed drawings for meetings/conference rooms Perform occasional light office upkeep and support tasks MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

Prior administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfort with office equipment and high-volume printing (training provided) Ability to move up and down stairs and carry large rolls of paper (bulky but not heavy) Spanish language skills strongly preferred Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude What's on Offer
