How You'll Make an Impact Lead and develop a high-performing machine shop team
Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and reliability
Collaborate across departments to meet production goals
Manage budgets and optimize resources for cost-effectiveness
Schedule and oversee maintenance to maximize uptime
Analyze data and generate reports to inform decisions
Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Your Background Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
5+ years of machine shop management experience
Strong knowledge of equipment reliability and HSE standards
Proven leadership and team development skills
Experience with inventory optimization and reporting
Familiarity with AutoCAD, CNC Mastercam, ERP, and SAP
