Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field 5+ years of machine shop management experience Strong knowledge of equipment reliability and HSE standards Proven leadership and team development skills Experience with inventory optimization and reporting Familiarity with AutoCAD, CNC Mastercam, ERP, and SAP More About Us
