Job Description

Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage a highly dynamic calendar, including internal and external meetings, client engagements, and travel schedules. Inbox Management: Monitor and prioritize email communications, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-up on critical items. Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Partner and clients, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness at all times. Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries. Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with firm policies. Meeting Preparation: Organize materials, agendas, and logistics for meetings; take notes and follow up on action items as needed. Office Presence: Work onsite four days per week to support in-person meetings and team coordination. After-Hours Support: Be available for occasional after-hours requests and urgent matters, with flexibility and a proactive mindset. The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in financial services, consulting, or other professional services environments. Proven ability to manage complex calendars and high-volume inboxes with discretion and efficiency. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar/email management tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams). High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and anticipate needs. Comfortable with a flexible schedule and occasional after-hours work. What's on Offer
