Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of product and/or business analyst experience Must facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members Strong analytical skills to identify and address obstacles Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices Experience in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field Experience in decision-making and conflict resolution within a team Background in acting as a servant leader to support team needs Familiarity with monitoring and tracking project progress Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance or professional services industry Benefits / What to Expect
