Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 5 years of product and/or business analyst experience Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices Exceptional analytical skills to identify and address obstacles Proven ability to facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution within the team Experience in coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field Experience in a servant leadership role within an Agile environment Familiarity with cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management Previous experience in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
