This position is responsible for preparing juice and other specialty products for purchase. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include properly setting up and preparing the area for specialized food products, reading materials that accompany product demonstrations, following all safety requirements when using equipment, adhering to all required tasks and procedures related to safe food handling, completing all reporting requirements, checking the product event schedule, completing certifications and attending special training sessions, following safety and compliance guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe work area, assisting other teammates, conducting food sampling and demonstrations, and performing other job-related tasks as directed by management. Qualifications include previous experience in Product Marketing, Product Demonstrations or in the food, beverage or restaurant industry, ability to safely and effectively prepare juice or other specialty products, ability to conduct demonstration and sampling events, and applicable state and local food safety certification or license. Physical demands include lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. several times per day, pushing a wheeled machine, standing for extended periods of time, working varied hours, climbing with use of a 6' Step Stool, visual ability to read instructions, ability to work in environments with exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions and hot equipment, and ability to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other peripherals. Supervisory Responsibilities include none. Work Environment includes retail store environment with regular interaction with co-workers, management team members and customers. Language Skills include English as the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
