Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC) Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided Qualifications
Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state Massachusetts Ability to work with multiple patients at once Valid BLS Certification (CPR) Benefits for LPN
