Per Diem available on all three shifts, FT available on 3am-11pm shift. Same Day Pay! Sign on Bonus: $12,000 for full-time LPNs $6,000 for part-time LPNs Employee Referral Bonus:

Up to $1,800 per hire! Up to $39/hr depending on years of experience, benefit status, and shift differentials.

Responsibilities of LPN:

Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment. Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC). Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided. Qualifications of LPN:

Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required. A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of MA. Ability to work with multiple patients at once. Benefits for LPN:
