Regional Sales Manager Southeast. Direct Hire. Remote / Southeast Territory. Start date: September/October 2025. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of air and wheel blast capital equipment machinery to end users through a strong distributor network. This role oversees the assigned territory with efficiency and organization to achieve growth. The position requires deep product and industry knowledge, the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, and persistence in pursuing new business opportunities. The manager will oversee the full sales cycle within the Southeast region, which includes TN, MS, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC, and VA. Main Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and develop new distributors and sales channels. Provide direct sales support and guidance to distributor partners. Represent the product line with enthusiasm, focusing on winning new business and expanding existing accounts. Monitor and control sales expenses within budget guidelines. Offer feedback on competitive products, market pricing, new technologies, and potential product improvements. Manage and track an active sales pipeline. Assist customers in solving application or product-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Collect technical and dimensional specifications to support accurate proposals. Prepare and present proposals and quotations based on customer needs, collaborating with internal product management teams, end users, and distributors. Explore new markets and non-traditional distribution opportunities. Maintain and strengthen distributor relationships, while regularly evaluating distributor performance. Regularly engage with end users on-site throughout all phases of the sales process. Serve as the subject matter expert for product applications and operations. Qualifications

Required: Experience with surface preparation process equipment, including air and wheel blast technology and/or abrasive media. Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred; equivalent industry experience may substitute. Proven track record working with engineers and distributors in capital equipment sales. Demonstrated success as a top performer in a competitive sales environment. Established network of industry contacts within surface preparation and/or air and wheel blast sectors. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Persuasive and energetic self-starter with the ability to influence and connect with varied audiences. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region, with approximately 50% overnight travel. EOE Statement
