Overview

The Regional Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing relationships and growth initiatives of an assigned territory, promoting and selling ORAFOL Americas portfolio of graphic marking films, industrial adhesive tape systems, and reflective solutions through its authorized distribution network. This role works closely with distribution partners to engage with existing product users and identify new prospective end users. It requires an excellent blend of account management and business development skills. Responsibilities

Meet and exceed the forecast for sales volumes for the regional territory based upon overall company goals. Manage the regions distribution network and assist each distributor in leveraging their marketing and sales strategies to promote the growth of ORAFOL products within their localized regions. Work closely with ORAFOL Product Technical Support and ORAFOL Market Managers to establish distributor and end-user product training initiatives. Guide distributors and end-users to a positive experience when working with ORAFOL personnel and products through critical thinking and effective engagement. Work with distribution management teams to identify and establish a healthy level of stock within each distribution location. Engage in routine performance updates and strategic growth discussions with assigned distribution partners. Increase ORAFOL market share within each assigned product division through strategic distribution partnerships as directed. Identify and develop new distributors and direct channels for the sale of ORAFOL products within the assigned region. Manage territory expenses according to the preset budget. Participate in sales conference calls and meetings on a regular basis. Ensure a positive, unified, and consistent image for ORAFOL across the entire regional territory. Carry out sales and marketing campaigns as requested by the Director of Sales and Marketing. Collaborate effectively with team members and field partners, contributing to a positive team environment. Additional Responsibilities

Represent ORAFOL Americas at industry trade shows, distributor events, and other activities. Work independently in the field with a broad base of customers including distributors and signage/digital printing companies. Coordinate with ORAFOLs Market Managers and Product Technical Support to position ORAFOL as a specified product for national signage programs and related applications. Support distributors in making joint sales calls to end-users and perform effective cold outreach to signage and graphics prospects within the region. Maintain organization and detail in sales administration using computer applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and contact management). Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills with strong negotiation abilities. Adhere to prescribed safety regulations. Education & Experience

BA degree; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years in account management, business development, national sign specification, corporate ID management, or digital imaging market experience. Experience with sales trade shows is a plus. Aptitudes & Characteristics
