Industries include: Consumer/Lifestyle, Wine + Spirits, Food/CPG, Fashion, B2B/B2C, Tech, consumer tech, gaming, Hospitality, Real Estate, Finance, Fintech, Restaurants, Healthcare/Pharma, Martech, Health Tech, Insurtech, Proptech, Digital/Social and more. Seeking PR professionals who are based in NYC and open to a hybrid work model (3x a week in-office). Must have strong written and verbal communications skills, media relationships, and be a self-starter with strong research, project management, and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task. Client and Account Management Develop and grow client relationships Manage day-to-day workflow across direct reports, peers, clients, vendors and freelancers, and report into account lead(s) Collaborate with senior staff to oversee all client initiatives from start-to-finish in a timely manner, present new partnership/event/mailer ideas, and deliver results Development, execution timeline, and budget management, with vendor coordination as necessary Support in driving clients business goals through ongoing research and monitoring within their category and against competitors Assist in the development of new business proposals Provide high-level counsel and strategy to clients
Media Relations Develop existing and grow new media relationships Pitch and secure placements for client brands across different industries Drive strategy and execute promptly, ensuring no email or question goes unread
Team Management Manage junior staff and/or interns and mentor to foster professional and personal growth Execute quarterly reviews for direct report(s)
Qualifications
Bachelors degree; degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Marketing a plus but not required Big picture thinker, with strong writing, copy-editing, and presentation skills Ability to ideate and execute end-to-end client strategy, down to the small details Proven track record of generating results Personal time management skills; ability to work quickly under pressure without sacrificing quality Highly organized, responsive, and punctual Problem solving skills and inner drive to improve efficiency and delivery beyond expectations for both the agency and its clients
