The front desk is the first point of contact for visitors, making it a crucial role in any organization. As a Front Desk Associate, youll be responsible for greeting guests, answering inquiries, and managing administrative tasks. Your professionalism and organizational skills will ensure a positive first impression for all visitors. Role and Responsibilities

Welcome patients and visitors in person or via telephone, responding and guiding on all inquiries Serve patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patients arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule and reminding providers of services timeframe Comforts patients by anticipating patients anxieties, answering patients questions, and maintaining the reception area Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records Maintains patient records by obtaining, recording and updating personal information and demographics Helps patients in distress by responding to their needs Protect patients rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information Perform other duties and functions as requested by supervisor or manager Qualifications, Skills, and Education Requirements
