Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with care. Accurately input and update insurance information across multiple systems. Perform research to verify and ensure data accuracy while maintaining attention to detail. Navigate between multiple screens and applications seamlessly to provide timely and quality service. Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups with customers as needed. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment. Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with strong follow-through skills. Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to navigate between multiple screens and applications.
