American Global . 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants. About The Role We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic Insurance team in The Woodlands or Plano offices. Key Responsibilities Include: Serve as primary day-to-day client contact; manage client service needs; present custom solutions to clients and prospects in a clear and professional manner. Communicate client needs to the account management team and coordinate client services, including claims reviews, insurance training, kick-off meetings, stewardship meetings, renewal strategy meetings. Analyze client risk profiles and develop marketing strategies with the team and client. Review all client documents (quotes, binders, policies, endorsements), recommending changes or amendments for improvement. Cultivate local carrier relationships to support company visibility and credibility in the construction insurance marketplace. Participate in off-site carrier, client, and prospect meetings as required. Conduct research and compile information into presentation formats. Assist with training and overseeing Account Associates. Review, analyze, process, and follow-up with clients regarding endorsements, certificates, policies, notices, invoices, renewal letters, proposals, coverage quotes, and claims. Bind insurance coverages, address binding subjectivities, and convert proposals to summaries post-binding. Conduct in-depth data analyses (exposures, losses, premiums, rates, collateral, mod, deductibles). Identify key individuals within the client's organization and build sustainable relationships. Maintain ongoing communication with clients and industry partners to ensure high customer service levels. Provide backup for team members during their absence. Maintain insurance licenses & CE requirements. Perform additional responsibilities as required. Skills & Experience That Lead To Success Time management and prioritization skills. Attention to detail. Problem-solving skills. Professional written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Applied Epic, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro. Strong technical property and casualty knowledge, typically 2-5 years industry experience. Additional/Preferred Qualifications Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
