The Senior IT Manager Enterprise, Collaboration Applications manages the product team responsible for Collaboration and Workplace Efficiency Tools. He/She will be responsible for driving the roadmap for products, including lifecycle management, leading ideation, innovation, and driving performance. The role requires a willingness to make data-driven decisions, drive cross-functional organizational alignment, dig into user research, and develop other PMs through management and mentoring. The Senior IT Manager Enterprise, Collaboration Applications must ensure that their products deliver customer and business value, and that the value is well articulated, communicated, and understood by both customers and internal stakeholders. What You'll Work On: Lead a large functional area within an overall product portfolio as the owner of that area's performance and outcomes Manage the product life cycle from product definition through development, rollout, maintenance, phase out, and migration to next generation products as per customer needs Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research Ensures the team has a consistent, reliable shipping momentum Articulates a problem statement, including complex ones, with exceptional clarity. Strategy and Collaboration: Liaise with commercial, legal, and regulatory partners for aligning on vision, outcomes, goals, roadmaps, business case Represent the voice of the customer within the organization; understand the user experience, and the evolving needs and workflows of our customers in the digital age. Communicates with the team, product leadership and key stakeholders frequently and effectively Coaching: Manage and mentor product managers taking responsibility for their growth, development, and work Ensure Product team adheres to product philosophy and culture of lean, iterative mindset Drive creation of guidelines/ practices to aid in advancement of product mindset Motivate and coach the product team to reach goals and achieve deliverables Leadership: Communicates with the team, product leadership and key stakeholders frequently and effectively Expertly handles ambiguity by being flexible and by creating clarity for those around them Proactively look for opportunity and improvement areas in the product and team Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offerings Understand and tracks product metrics for usability, reviews, performance, release and velocity Ability to manage department budget upto 10 MM ensuring cost optimization. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Operations Management on an enterprise level. Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships in large organizations. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with a passion for translating findings into strategic recommendations Ability to define areas of potential value through user research, market research, and industry / technical understanding Ability to look at a set of needs across the business and identify key questions, themes, and potential for business impact Skilled Communicator who can create compelling product and use case strategies and gain buy-in across teams and functions Experience working in agile, DevOps, mobile, and cloud technologies Experience with Lean Product Management and User-Centered Design methodologies Preferred Qualifications: Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., DocuSign). Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft O365 PowerApps, Forms, Power BI). Exposure to Gen AI tool implementations. Working knowledge of AWS cloud services. Strong prioritization, decision-making, and communication skills. Supervisory responsibilities: Oversee external vendors, including Product and Service Managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and cost optimization Drive vendor value and cost optimization, manage SLAs, and ensure performance accountability. Collaborate across business and service management functions to deliver seamless IT operations. Misc: This is an on-site role and NOT a remote role. The base pay for this position is $127,300.00 $254,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
