The Senior IT Manager – Enterprise, Collaboration Applications manages the product team responsible for Collaboration and Workplace Efficiency Tools. The role drives the roadmap, lifecycle management, ideation, innovation, and performance. The role requires data-driven decision making, cross-functional alignment, user research, and mentoring of other PMs. The Senior IT Manager – Enterprise, Collaboration Applications must ensure products deliver customer and business value and communicate that value to customers and internal stakeholders. What You'll Work On

Lead a large functional area within an overall product portfolio and own its performance and outcomes Manage the product lifecycle from definition through development, rollout, maintenance, migration to next generation products per customer needs Prioritize product opportunities using research-defined criteria Ensure the team maintains consistent shipping momentum Articulate a clear problem statement, including complex ones Strategy and Collaboration

Liaise with commercial, legal, and regulatory partners to align vision, outcomes, goals, roadmaps, and business case Represent the voice of the customer; understand user experience and evolving needs and workflows Communicate frequently and effectively with the team, product leadership, and key stakeholders Coaching

Manage and mentor product managers to support their growth and development Ensure the product team adheres to lean, iterative practices Drive creation of guidelines to advance product mindset Motivate and coach the team to reach goals and deliverables Leadership

Communicate with the team and stakeholders effectively Handle ambiguity by providing clarity and direction Identify opportunities for product and team improvements Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and offerings Track product metrics for usability, reviews, performance, release, and velocity Manage department budget up to 10 MM with cost optimization Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Product Management or Operations Management on an enterprise level Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships in large organizations Strong leadership and strategic thinking with a focus on translating findings into recommendations Ability to define value through user and market research and industry/technical understanding Ability to identify questions, themes, and business impact opportunities Skilled communicator who can gain buy-in across teams Experience with agile, DevOps, mobile, and cloud technologies Experience with Lean Product Management and User-Centered Design Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., DocuSign) Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft O365 – PowerApps, Forms, Power BI) Exposure to Gen AI tool implementations Working knowledge of AWS cloud services Strong prioritization, decision-making, and communication skills Supervisory responsibilities

Oversee external vendors, including Product and Service Managers, ensuring alignment with goals and cost optimization Drive vendor value, manage SLAs, and ensure performance accountability Collaborate across functions to deliver seamless IT operations Misc

The base pay for this position is 127,300.00 – 254,700.00 In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
