AvetixCyber is delighted to partnering with a global cybersecurity vendor with a number of critical hires across their Sales Leadership and GTM Teams. They're looking to hire a

proven sales leader

to join our team as Regional Sales Director for the New York market. This is a high-impact role for a strategic and results-driven executive who can

build and scale enterprise sales teams, drive new revenue, and establish deep relationships with CISOs and other senior decision-makers

in the cybersecurity and risk management space. Responsibilities: Lead, hire, and coach a high-performing Enterprise sales team (6 direct reports). Execute value-based sales strategies using

MEDDICC

and

Force Management

best practices. Build strong C-level relationships across industries to accelerate pipeline growth. Own territory planning, pipeline management, and forecasting for predictable results. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver seamless GTM execution. Drive strategic partnerships with VARs and Systems Integrators to maximize market impact. Experience Required: 5+ years sales team leadership experience in cybersecurity. Proven track record of exceeding enterprise cybersecurity or risk management sales targets of $8M+ ARR. Strong expertise in value-based selling, complex deal negotiation, and executive communication. Experience building and scaling enterprise sales teams in competitive markets. Deep relationships with CISOs and security leaders across multiple industries. Ability to lead through influence and foster a culture of accountability and success. The Package: Base Salary : $200k - $220k OTE : $400k - $440k (Uncapped) Equity If you are passionate about cybersecurity, thrive in
