Responsibilities: Transports items from the receiving area to designated storage locations using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or by carrying them manually. Conducts temperature checks on potentially hazardous foods. Prioritizes storing received items by immediately stocking frozen and refrigerated goods, followed by grocery items stored at room temperature. Confirms shipment accuracy by counting, weighing, or measuring items and comparing them to the invoice, packing slip, or purchase order. Attaches the invoice to the purchase order and submits it to the Dietary Office for documentation.
