Mechanical Service Sales Executive

Senior Sales Executive

will grow Siemens' market share by delivering smart mechanical services that help our customers reduce operating costs, improve uptime, and provide a healthy indoor environment. You will achieve booking and profit goals by developing and executing plans to grow, develop, and manage end-user relationships, capitalize on sales opportunities within your territory, and independently win opportunities within established guidelines. Senior Sales Executives serve as the face of Siemens, using their expertise and customer interactions to promote energy savings, cost reduction, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities Achieve new order/booking and profit goals based on your assigned quota. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities, including forecasting expected orders, and deliver consistent results. Understand the marketplace, including competitors, customers, and decision influencers across regions, segments, and verticals. Stay current on market trends. Create a vertical market and account management plan focusing on strategic growth. Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies. Act as a consultant to multiple levels within customer organizations, understanding their challenges and recommending suitable services. Participate in industry networking events and professional organizations such as ASHRAE, AEE, or USGBC to build a network and represent Siemens. Discuss budgeting and investment requirements with customers. Position Siemens as an industry leader by leveraging digital service delivery as a key differentiator. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes. Support sales activities by working with sales support, estimators, and other teams to plan, target, and acquire new projects and accounts. Set pricing based on the value of services offered. Engage with operations, finance, legal, and other resources to close sales. Spend at least 50% of time in customer-facing activities, including in-person and on-site interactions. Support existing customers and pursue new business opportunities. Travel approximately 10% overnight for training and business development as needed.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 3+ years' experience estimating, engineering, project managing, or selling HVAC systems Ability to read and understand design and construction documents Excellent communication skills in English Organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Willingness to travel 10% overnight Valid drivers license with limited violations Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications: Associate or bachelors degree Experience installing and servicing HVAC equipment Experience selling HVAC service agreements and retrofit projects Strong account development and strategic sales skills Knowledge of local building market relationships Experience in vertical markets such as healthcare, data centers, or government facilities Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
