Senior Ultrasound Technologist- per diem

Description Independently performs diagnostic ultrasound scans on neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Performs procedures under the direction of a Radiologist. For Breast Center: Independently performs diagnostic ultrasound scans on breast. Performs procedures under the direction of a Radiologist. Or equivalent educ/experience. OR A COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND DIRECTLY RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE For Imaging Department: Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program. Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Preferred Qualifications: For Breast Center: Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program. Upon hire: ARDMS in Abdomen and OB (for Imaging Department).
