Overview
RN - Senior Care Manager role at Providence. The RN Flow Coordinator / Expeditor plays a pivotal role to decrease barriers, improve patient access and enhance quality of care using clinical expertise, leadership, organizational awareness, and critical thinking skills. The Expeditor collaborates and provides support to other healthcare providers, patients, physicians, and care programs. Personal and professional development is an expectation of the role to ensure consistent application of procedures, patient flow processes, and optimal communication. Responsibilities
Coordinate patient flow and expediting activities to improve access and care quality within the clinical setting. Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, physicians, and care programs to support efficient care delivery. Apply clinical expertise, leadership, and strong communication to ensure consistent procedures and patient flow processes. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree - Nursing. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. 5 years of clinical experience with 2 years of progressively responsible management or supervisory experience in an acute-care facility. Preferred Qualifications
