About the job youre considering This role is part of a QE team to work on testing & automation for Web applications. Responsibilities
Understand and Gather requirements Create Test cases / scenarios Develop Test scripts Execute Test cases / scripts in various environments (QA, STG etc.) Bug reporting and Defect triage Integrating scripts with CI / CD pipeline Technical documentation Manage a team (if required) Qualifications
7+ yrs. of experience in software engineering - QA testing Expertise in Web UI testing and automation using Selenium WebDriver / TestNG / Junit / etc. Proficiency in Java Experience using Version control (GIT), CI / CD Tools (Jenkins), Build Tools, (Maven, ANT, etc.), Debugging Tools (Charles / Fiddler), Agile Management Tool (JIRA), Test Management Tool (QMetry) Good communication skills Good to have knowledge in Mobile testing / automation Experience in API testing and Automation using Rest Assured / Ready API etc. will be an added advantage Life at Capgemini
