Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Processing freight Assisting with price changes/markdowns Balancing registers according to company policy Calling out prices for customers when ringing up transactions Bags merchandise efficiently during transactions Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly and per company policy Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks Maintaining housekeeping duties as assigned Providing customer service, including greeting, following fitting room policies, ringing transactions promptly, thanking customers, and inviting them to return Following all safety procedures Maintaining a professional, neat appearance, including wearing a name tag Assisting management with merchandising and stock level management Supporting management with tasks per company policy Explaining exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions Assisting Store Manager with Loss Prevention procedures, including preventing shoplifting and reporting theft or dishonesty incidents Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Seniority level:
