The Upscale Restaurant Manager works closely with the leadership team to drive operational excellence throughout the operation. The manager operates in both the FOH and BOH, so candidates must be comfortable working in all restaurant areas. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding guest experiences through highly trained and supported team members. Create a culture focused on its people as the #1 asset. Supervise hourly team members, providing timely feedback and support. Drive sales growth through operational excellence and effective training. Ensure quality of operations by adhering to company standards and team accountability. Deliver profitability and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Willing to work shifts in all areas, including the Heart of the House. Servant leadership style and passion for people. At least 2 years in a leadership role such as Manager, Assistant GM, or GM. Experience in polished-casual, upscale, or fine-dining environments (preferred). Limited job hopping, with no more than two jobs in five years. Experience managing P&L, scheduling, and inventory. Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch-kitchen restaurant.
Benefits
Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000. Quarterly bonus potential. Health, Dental, and Vision insurance. 401k plan.
