The IT Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee technology initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals, are delivered on time and within budget, and meet quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing project scope, coordinating teams and resources, managing risks, tracking progress, facilitating user training and adoption, and ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and clients. Responsibilities
Monitors the progress of projects by assigning, coordinating, and reviewing the work of the application analysts and the application programmers. Facilitating collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Monitoring project progress, managing day-to-day administrative items, and ensuring successful execution and delivery. Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and creating detailed work breakdown structures. Create and execute organizational change management (OCM) plans, including communication plans, training strategies, and user support resources to ensure smooth adoption of new SharePoint solutions. A strong understanding of SharePoint features, migration processes, and the integration of SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services. Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology or other computing-related degrees and at least 7 years of experience with applications development. Required certification: Security+; Microsoft SharePoint Application.
