Regional Sales Manager
to lead and manage sales operations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. The ideal candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve business objectives. Identify and target key growth opportunities within the region. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to drive team success. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns. Operational & Financial Management Manage regional sales budgets and optimize resources for maximum efficiency. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or automotive aftermarket. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
