Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a FS&T Change & Communications Sr. Manager to be located in New Brunswick, NJ. We are also open to candidates working from any of our locations across New Jersey or Pennsylvania. The FS&T Change & Communications Senior Manager leads a portfolio-wide change management and communications strategy across the J&J ERP Strategy and Operations transformation roadmap. Building on the Central Finance (CFIN) foundation, the ERP Strategy & Operations portfolio includes a number of a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives designed to harmonize financial records and optimize transaction processing. In this role, you will engage global senior leaders as co-authors of our change story, ensuring engagement and organizational readiness of impacted stakeholders, architecting a seamless end-user experience, and driving sustainable adoption by embedding new behaviors and capabilities across the organization. As our chief storyteller of strategic change, you'll craft and drive a unified change management and communications strategy that places the end-user front and center. You'll sit alongside senior stakeholders to co-author and co-manage a compelling change vision, map stakeholder impacts like narrative arcs, and design leader engagement plans that build readiness, secure executive buy-in, and turn resistance into momentum. Every message, workshop, and forum becomes a chapter in our transformation storyguiding audiences from uncertainty to confidence and adoption. Drawing on proven change methodologies and real-time feedback, you'll script clear and consistent messaging and communications, playbooks, and digital adoption experiences that shepherd employees into new ways of working. In close collaboration with the FS&T Training Strategy Director and Communications & Program Deployment teams, you'll weave together learning interventions, engagement tactics, and adoption dashboardsensuring each initiative unfolds as a simple, engaging, and effective episode that empowers our people to thrive in a fast-paced transformation. Develop and execute a unified, portfolio-level change management and communications strategy that aligns with the finance transformation vision. Partner with executive sponsors and cross-functional leaders to co-create change objectives, define roles and responsibilities, and secure ongoing leadership commitment. Conduct comprehensive stakeholder and impact assessments; map end-user journeys to uncover adoption barriers and identify targeted intervention points. Design and deploy crisp, tailored change tools, multi-channel communications, and messaging that resonate with diverse audiences and motivate action. Lead leadership engagement programs, including coaching senior leaders and change advocates on effective change leadership practices to foster ownership and accountability. Collaborate closely with training and deployment teams to integrate learning interventions, digital adoption platforms, and reinforcement tactics that ensure end-user readiness. Establish and monitor change metrics, feedback loops, and interactive dashboards to measure adoption, proficiency, and user satisfaction; iterate strategies based on real-time insights. Facilitate change governance forums, steering committees, and champion networks to maintain transparency, surface risks, address resistance, and synchronize delivery across all initiatives. Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required Minimum of 7 years of Change Management and Communications experience is required, within a large-scale, transformational business environment, with Finance transformation experience preferred Thorough understanding of change management and delivery methodologies and tools Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills in order to develop engaging and innovative content to support leaders and stakeholders in navigating the transformation journey successfully Exceptional execution and collaboration skills, and experience working in fast paced and agile environments Ability to think quickly, thrive in ambiguous situations, adapt quickly to changing demands, make prompt decisions, and create simple yet effective change tools and strategies Excellent at building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to influence others and move toward a common vision Experience with large-scale Finance transformation and process change efforts Understanding of the Finance function and Finance transacting processes (e.g. general ledger, accounts payable, Intercompany, etc.), is preferred Ability to work out of NJ/PA office (hybrid) The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $120,000-$207,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
