RN Pediatric Manager
for direct hire. The Center is the largest and most trusted facility in the area. The medical staff are leaders in their field, employing state-of-the-art protocols to achieve high-quality care. Pediatric Manager
will be responsible for directing the nursing staff and overall operations of the assigned nursing units. Additionally, the Pediatric Manager supports the Director of Nursing in achieving a high level of patient care and supports the patients, families, and staff. The
successful candidate
will have experience as a Pediatric Nurse in a Skilled Nursing or Rehabilitation facility, with experience mentoring and supervising staff, interacting with all levels of interdisciplinary teams and physicians, and familiarity with DOH regulations. The Manager handles all supervisory duties for the unit(s). Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures. Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical and career advice. Maintain the standards of care for the unit. Review resident records and plans of care. Monitor overall care. Use MDS and EMR software. Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of long-term or rehab care experience. At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Must hold a valid NJ RN license. Experience with respiratory care - vent units, nebulizers, etc. Basic computer skills. Excellent communication skills. #IND123 #J-18808-Ljbffr
