Astrix is a rapidly growing company in the field of non-human identity. We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to join our founding core team and help accelerate momentum in a large market. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify and pursue relevant prospects, a true hunter with a strong bias to execution. Responsibilities
Hunt and execute; prospect into large enterprise accounts (AE Prospecting, SDR, Channel, Customer References, Marketing) Own and lead the full sales cycle Execute pipeline creation and conversion Present a business case to prospects that demonstrates value and economic benefit Qualify opportunities and guide internal stakeholders through a strong purchasing process Deepen relationships to nourish long-term partnerships Collaborate across the organization to ensure alignment and success across the customer base Requirements
5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success exceeding sales quotas At least 3 years of cybersecurity in the Cloud/SaaS-related domain At least 2 years of startup experience Strong hunter mentality Able to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions Proven track record of landing 5+ net new logos each year and ability to run a complex sales motion Ability to close complex Enterprise sales with multiple buying influences in new or emerging solution categories Ability to build and leverage strong relationships in the region (CISOs, Partners, Tech Alliances) Excellent listening, verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, winning environment On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this sales position is between $300K and $330K annually, including base salary and commissions Seniorities and Employment
