IT Solutions Engineer Infrastructure & Automation

Inpria is seeking a technically skilled and adaptable IT Solutions Engineer to join our Information Technology team. This hybrid role blends infrastructure administration, workflow automation, and application integration to improve operational efficiency and support business goals. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft 365 automation, comfortable managing server and storage systems, and experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions. This position, which reports directly to the IT Site Manager, will be responsible for administering and optimizing Inprias infrastructure, including HPE ProLiant servers, Nimble storage, VMware ESXi environments, and Microsoft SQL Server databases, while automating processes using tools such as Power Automate and Power BI. Responsibilities

Administer HPE ProLiant servers, Nimble SANs, VMware ESXi, and Cisco networking. Design, implement, and maintain automation using Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams. Perform routine SQL Server maintenance, including backups, restores, and job scheduling. Integrate and maintain SaaS platforms such as Novunex and other Microsoft-based systems. Support vulnerability management and compliance tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Qualys). Collaborate on IT projects from planning through implementation and monitoring. Work with vendors to align service delivery with internal needs. Contribute to the continuous improvement and modernization of Inprias technology environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent work experience will be considered. Minimum 5 years of progressive IT systems administration or infrastructure engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing or R&D environment. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams. Hands-on experience with HPE server infrastructure, Nimble SANs, and VMware ESXi. Working knowledge of SQL Server administration. Familiarity with Cisco networking fundamentals. Experience with enterprise endpoint protection and compliance tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Qualys). Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, VMware VCP) are preferred. Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test.
