Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant | October Start Hiring for Entry-Level Recruitment Consultants in Chicago Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant Start Date : October 20th About Phaidon International: Our Los Angeles team is growing, and we're hiring Entry-Level Recruitment Consultants to join one of our specialist brands: Selby Jennings, EPM Scientific, Larson Maddox, DSJ Global, or LVI Associates. Build relationships with potential clients, pitch our tailored recruitment solutions, and gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs and business goals Candidate Sourcing:
Proactively headhunt and engage mid-to-senior level talent within your niche market, maintaining a strong pipeline through strategic outreach and job marketing Process Management:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle - from interview coordination and offer negotiation to post-placement follow up - ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree 1+ years of sales and/or customer-facing experience Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, professional verbal & written communication skills Proven experience with persuasion, resiliency, problem-solving, and collaboration
