Hiring for Entry-Level Recruitment Consultants in Chicago Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant Compensation: $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission (1st year OTE: $75-85k) About Us

Build your Client Base:
Become a trusted advisor to companies by proactively reaching out, understanding their hiring needs, and pitching our recruitment services as a solution Find Top Talent:
Source mid to senior level candidates, build long-term relationships, and become a subject matter expert in the niche market you're recruiting in Own the Process:
Oversee the entire interview processfacilitate communication between the client and the candidate, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers to secure the best outcome for the candidate Why Join Us
