Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to assess residents needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. Supervision must comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee to ensure the highest quality of care. Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice as set by the communitys administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures. Education/Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN or RN within the state of work Must possess a current CPR certification Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions Ability to carry out verbal and written directions, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and community staff Ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques Ability to work hours as scheduled Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others

Shift & Wage
