National Account Manager, Albertsons East (L5) Location:

The National Account Manager, Albertsons East, leads Diageos Spirits business across key Albertsons Divisions including Southwest, Phoenix, and Jewel-Osco. Responsibilities include executing the business plan, fostering internal and external partnerships, and delivering volume, share, and profit targets. Success is measured by deep customer relationships and strategic execution. Key Responsibilities
Achieve volume, revenue, and share targets; evaluate investments. Develop and implement annual operating plans aligned with growth goals. Build relationships with stakeholders and integrate Diageo into distributor operations. Plan and communicate programming, innovation, and customer initiatives. Lead cross-functional communication at the market level. Develop solutions for growth within assigned divisions. Coordinate with sales, business development, and distributor teams for execution. Assess opportunities and risks; ensure course correction to meet targets. Present business reviews and channel opportunities to leadership. Manage budgets and trade spends strategically. Foster positive relationships with distributor teams and develop management routines. Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of sales/customer management experience in beverage alcohol or similar. Experience across diverse distribution networks. Strong communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills. Proficiency in business math and insights management. Willingness to travel 30-40%. Additional Information
