The Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic, relationship-driven

Senior Sales Manager

to lead growth in our private label and co-manufacturing channels. This is a high-impact role focused on developing partnerships with national and regional retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. You'll own customer relationships from first contact through execution-partnering closely with internal teams to deliver high-value, customized solutions.

What You'll Do

Identify and secure new private label and co-manufacturing opportunities Lead customer relationships end-to-end, including onboarding, pricing, and contract negotiation Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on capabilities and timelines Guide customers through innovation and commercialization from concept to shelf Maintain CRM data (NetSuite) to support pipeline visibility and forecasting Represent FedUp Foods at trade shows, buyer meetings, and key industry events Analyze sales and category data to drive account and product strategy

What You'll Bring

7+ years of B2B sales experience in the food and beverage industry 3+ years managing private label or contract manufacturing partnerships Strong track record of building and growing retail relationships Experience in pricing strategy, margin management, and navigating retailer requirements Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles Excellent communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
