Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams working on SailPoint implementations and enhancements. Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos). Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog is well defined and prioritized. Support the team in identifying and removing impediments to delivery. Track and report on team progress, velocity, and key performance metrics. Ensure Agile best practices are followed and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with developers, engineers, and IAM architects to deliver high-quality SailPoint solutions. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on Agile principles and practices. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow). Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, workflows, and governance. Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise-scale SailPoint deployments. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management platforms. Knowledge of security, compliance, and access governance frameworks. Prior experience in financial services, healthcare, or highly regulated industries. Job Details
