Sr. Sales Manager- Service/Repair/Modernization

This role is responsible for driving revenue, profit margin, and overall sales growth by leading the branch's sales force across all three lines of business and creating a culture based on being the easiest to do business with. Ensures sales representatives exceed sales goals and objectives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Supports a culture of safety throughout the organization and stresses the importance of safety to all employees. Active participant in the branch safety committee. Builds strong customer relationships with key customers. Maintains a strong knowledge of the market area, including market penetration, volume for different lines of business, competitors' strategies, and market trends. Manages and develops branch sales representatives across all lines of business, including setting sales goals, reviewing performance, and providing ongoing training and development. Leads business growth initiatives and fosters relationships with key customers, consultants, and architects. Creates synergies within all lines of business, including leading the NIM process to achieve 100% on-time conversions. Collaborates with Operations for strategic leads and labor estimates. Supports a customer satisfaction culture that promotes retention. Works with other departments to ensure proactive customer assistance. Develops a consistent brand identity used by all sales employees during presentations, proposals, and bids. Identifies sales skill opportunities and initiates targeted training/coaching. Ensures all bids are approved based on established approval levels, including timely submission of high-value bids for higher-level approval. Monitors sales activity using CRM, approves sales incentives, and ensures cohesive branch sales efforts. Reviews and sets sales goals aligned with budgets and corporate guidelines, with quarterly performance reviews. Participates in bidding strategies and technical demonstrations to secure customer interest. Maintains knowledge of market area metrics, including sales backlog, bid volume, and staffing needs. Stays updated on company products through training and reviews of factory updates and supplier goods.
