As a Field Virtual Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Virtual Sales process, including closing sales, assisting Sales Executives with technical issues, and helping address guest inquiries and presentation strategies. Additionally, the position involves working with senior management to implement initiatives for achieving sales targets, providing coaching and training to Sales Executives, and assisting with reporting requirements. Responsibilities

Support the Virtual Sales process, including closing sales and assisting Sales Executives with technical issues. Address guest inquiries and optimize presentation strategies. Work with senior management to implement initiatives for achieving sales targets. Provide coaching and training to Sales Executives. Assist with reporting requirements. Able to work remotely in a presentable, quiet, and professional environment, whether from home or a sales gallery. Support Sales Executives in virtually closing sales while adhering to current sales and contract policies. Provide guidance and coaching on sales presentations, offering feedback after each tour. Prepare necessary documentation for Sales contracts using Chorus/Salesforce. Participate in scheduled sales meetings and training sessions via platforms such as Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, etc. Follow up on sales-related matters, including converting pending business, implementing anti-rescission strategies, and conducting post-cancellation outreach. Assist in developing training programs for new hires and existing team members to enhance performance. Lead virtual morning huddles and group training sessions as needed. Report concerns regarding a Sales Executive’s performance to Sales management. Maintain strong technical proficiency in navigating virtual software programs and a solid understanding of hardware. Adhere to company policies and practices regarding rotation and sales processes. Maintain professionalism when interacting with internal staff and customers. Perform other reasonable requests from management within the scope of the role. Work From Home Expectations

Ensure that “remote” sales occur in a secured and private space, with confidentiality and security compliance. Ensure the home office has appropriate lighting, audio, and reliable wireless connections. Maintain data and network requirements to meet security and service standards. Eliminate external distractions that could impact sales presentations. Maintain open communication with business partners via MS Teams Chat during presentation times. Do not share use of HGV issued equipment or software for personal use. Qualifications

1+ years of timeshare/vacation ownership In-House Sales experience Proven track record of success in Timeshare Sales Valid Hawaii Real Estate license Strong ability to close a sale Ability to resolve complex customer service issues and troubleshoot basic virtual/online issues Ability to work with IT hardware and software (e.g., monitors, keyboard, internet, devices) Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer satisfaction skills High school diploma or GED Helpful capabilities and distinctions

2 years experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members Previous Sales Lead/TO experience within timeshare Knowledge in Salesforce, Microsoft Office or other virtual sales software platforms We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
