Overview
Sales Executive In House (Japanese-Speaking) at Hilton Grand Vacations. This role involves presenting Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to owners and potential owners to generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company. Responsibilities
Welcome clients and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation Club ownership products to potential buyers. Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness. Liaise with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise. Attend all sales training and sales meetings for key information on Hilton Grand Vacation Club products and updates. Apply selling concepts promoted at Hilton Grand Vacations. Use various forms of communication (email, telephone, online/virtual, and written) to work with guests and owners. Perform follow-up interactions to complete a sale online using appropriate HGV technology and adhere to inventory selling guidelines. Generate referral leads with each new customer. Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacation core values and policies. Work well in a team environment. Qualifications
Valid Hawaii Real Estate License. Minimum 1 year of proven sales and customer service experience. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Japanese language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing) and business-level English proficiency. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred/Additional Qualifications
2+ years of timeshare/vacation ownership experience (preferred). 2+ years of Hilton Grand Vacations experience (preferred). Schedule & Relocation
Our sales department operates 7 days per week. Shifts start between 7:00am and 7:45am; paid training is provided for the first 2 weeks. After training, a 5-day work week is assigned based on business needs. Relocation assistance to the Big Island of Hawaii is available for qualified candidates. Benefits
Salary based on commission and bonuses with an hourly advance against commissions; targeted annual earnings around $220,000 depending on performance.
